How do I re-order?
It's that simple. Log in into your account, click on My Orders on the left side of the page and voila! Easiest way to re-order!
What kind of colors can I use in my design?
Please, prepare your files using CMYK as the color mode. For transparent vinyl stickers or labels we offer white color printing.
What should I check before I upload my design file?
Before uploading your artwork, please, check the following: 1. If your file is prepared using CMYC as colour mode. 2. If your artwork is in grayscale, create the file in greyscale. 3. If you have created your file in final trim size. 4. If you have created a 3mm bleed line, so we can understand where it is allowed to trim. If you want to avoid white lines around your artwork, please, make sure the colours and background pictures goes above bleed line. 5. If you have saved your artwork in print-ready formats, such as PDF, JPG, TIFF or EPS.
Where can I access designs I have made in Noted Print Design editor?
Log in into your account, click My Designs! There will be a list of designs you have saved before.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes, you will receive an invoice to your email address.
How do I place an order?
We recommend to start with login or creating an account. You can create an account using your email address or sign in via Facebook, Google or Amazon accounts. To place an order you must follow 3 steps:
Can I track my order?
Yes, all orders are trackable. After your payment is complete, you will receive email containing order's tracking number.
Will you check my artwork before printing?
Yes, every artwork is checked by our standard proofing system. If there will be any complications with your artwork, we will get in touch with you via email.
Can i return an order which i have received?
Quality is our main goal and every order is being produced with highest care, but if you have noticed any manufacturing errors of your order, please, contact us immediately by emailing to help@notedprint.com. If we determine that your order has manufacturing errors, we will re-print your order with no extra charge. Unfortunately, we can not take returns if the order design file has been uploaded with defects. If there is any spelling mistake or low quality images uploaded - responsibility is all yours.
In which cases order will not be reprinted or refunded?
Can I upload design file after the purchase?
Yes, configure your product, click Add to Cart & Upload later, finish up in check out. Upload design file in your profile whenever it is ready for print.
